Melt butter and chocolate, add the vanilla bean seeds or 'extract.
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the almond flour, the mixture of butter and chocolate, flour and finally the egg whites until stiff.
Grease and flour a 28 cm below the mold, put the mixture and bake at 160 degrees for 35 to 40minutes (static).
When cold sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream.
